Important Announcement Regarding COVID19 and our Practice:
Hello Graff Ortho Family. We wanted to reach out and extend our thoughts and prayers to everyone. This is a challenging time and we’re doing everything we can to communicate with you regarding how COVID-19 has affected our office and how it relates to your treatment.   

Graff Orthodontics is currently CLOSED to serve our patient family in our normal capacity.  Our State Government has mandated that we CANNOT see patients for anything other than emergency care based on the recommendations of the CDC and Federal Government. The reason for this is to preserve personal protective equipment for the medical community and  to slow the spread of  COVID-19. We are committed to the health and safety of our community and are doing everything we can to comply with the directives given by our leaders.

WE WILL STILL BE SEEING PATIENTS FOR EMERCENCY CARE (trauma, pain or other urgent need). If you have an urgent need- please call us at: (505) 327-4884 during normal hours of 8-5. For an AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY, please call our on-call assistant at (505) 635-8621. For NON-EMERGENCIES, we are still actively taking incoming phone calls and we will be actively monitoring our emails, and voicemails to meet your needs. We will also monitor and respond to communication via facebook messenger @graffortho, instagram DM @graffortho and via email at: info@graffrotho.com. 

IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT we will  be contacting you to reschedule to a later date. Please note that our staff are working from home and calling with their personal cell phones. If you receive a call from a blocked number, please answer this call as it may be our staff trying to reach you. If you receive a message from them to call back, please call our normal office phone number 327-4884.We understand that this closure may be frustrating to you and we can assure you that we are frustrated also. We want to be here doing everything we can to progress your treatment and give you an amazing smile. 

We are confident that any delay in your next appointment will not result in an unfavorable outcome. While pushing your appointment back has the potential to increase your time in braces, we expect for most patients to pick up your treatment right where we left off make every effort to get back on schedule. We are all in this together and we will make the best of the situation. 

FOR NEW PATIENTS: If you are a new patient interested in a CONSULTATION  we offer VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS. We expect a high volume of patients desiring a consultation once the government allows us to re-open.
